We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The Item sent is different from what was ordered. Please note that the product opening video must be shared for this.
- The item is damaged/broken. Please note that the product opening video must be shared for this.
- Customer will need to send the package to provided address for return and he/she will bear the cost of delivery
- Refund must be requested within 72 hours of receiving product
- The item must be unused, unworn and in it’s original packaging with all tags intact.
- The amount will be refunded to your bank account through UPI.
