3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an Order: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom Orders: Made-to-order or customized jewellery cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing begins.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2500 within India.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS after your order is shipped.

  • Inspection on Delivery: Please check your parcel for damage or tampering before signing for it. If there are any issues, notify us immediately.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made jewellery, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Refund Process: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Warranty & Care Instructions

  • Jewellery Care: To maintain the longevity of your sterling silver jewellery, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store it in an airtight pouch when not in use.
