We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions: 

  • The Item sent is different from what was ordered. Please note that the product opening video must be shared for this. 
  • The item is damaged/broken. Please note that the product opening video must be shared for this. 
  • Customer will need to send the package to provided address for return and he/she will bear the cost of delivery 
  • Refund must be requested within 72 hours of receiving product 
  • The item must be unused, unworn and in it’s original packaging with all tags intact. 
  • The amount will be refunded to your bank account through UPI.
